Zipline Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy in full.
We do not offer refunds.
If you contact us at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for the Deluxe tours), we will be happy to reschedule your tour to another time or issue a gift card to use in the future.
Unfortunately, if you cancel on the day of your tour or miss your tour due to arriving late, we are not able to reschedule, issue a gift card, or refund.
No shows are not eligible for rescheduling, gift card, or refund.
We reserve the right to decline any person as a tour participant, without refund, if a person’s behavior, health, or mental conditions impede the operation of the trip.
