Red River Gorge COVID-19 Update
In light of the COVID-19 situation, we are taking extra steps in order to try to help our guests and staff remain happy and healthy. We have put new operational guidelines in place until further notice:
We perform a daily temperature check of our staff.
Our frontline customer service person will be working behind a plexiglass protection screen to limit contact.
The guests will be asked to fill out their waivers on their personal phones when possible.
We have placed social distancing areas in our office to allow 6 feet distance between our guests while in the office.
Our employees will be required to wear masks and gloves when needed for everyone’s protection.
We will ask our guests to wear masks at certain points during the tour, such as while harnessing up and while on the zipline and coming into the
platforms to avoid direct contact with each other.
We have masks available for guests that do not have their own.
Wipes and disinfectant spray will be made available for use as frequently as possible.
We will be going above and beyond our normal disinfecting of frequent touched surfaces like the counter, door knobs, plexiglass, and iPads.
